Vacancy: DATA ANALYST*

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to work with financial products in the IT sector and help develop our analytics platform.

Job Description:

Strategic Investment Group (SI Group) is a holding company that develops projects in the areas of Fintech, Development, leasing, and IT. We are a dynamic team committed to innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work with financial products in the IT sector, who will help us develop our analytical platform, improve decision-making processes, and create high-quality analytical solutions for the business.

We’re starting with a part-time schedule — 4 hours a day — with a transition to full-time after 2–3 months!

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and interpreting data from operational systems and the data warehouse (DWH);
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI for management and financial analytics;
• Optimizing ETL processes in collaboration with data engineers;
• Preparing analytical findings and recommendations for product, finance, and risk teams;
• Participating in the construction and development of the corporate data warehouse.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the financial sector (MFIs, banks, fintech);
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and the principles of relational databases;
• Experience with DWH (Data Warehouse)—understanding of architecture and data models (star/snowflake);
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization);
• Ability to formulate business requirements and translate them into analytical models;
• Skills in preparing presentations and communicating results to a non-technical audience.

A plus:

• Experience working with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Python for data analysis;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis and reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, portfolio metrics);
• Experience building KPI dashboards for management.
