Strategic Investment Group is a diversified holding company that brings together businesses in the IT, finance, and real estate development sectors. We are growing rapidly and expanding our team. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team, who will serve as a trusted partner to managers and teams, helping to build strong teams and unlock people’s potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting leaders and teams:

  • Advising managers on people management, team building, motivation, and development.
  • Assisting new managers with onboarding and developing their leadership skills.

2. Supporting the employee lifecycle:

  • Participating in the onboarding of new employees and ensuring their effective adaptation.
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings, gathering feedback, and responding promptly to employee requests.
  • Supporting processes related to transfers, promotions, and employee departures (exit interviews, analytics).

3. Talent development and retention:

  • Participating in the design and implementation of employee development programs.
  • Supporting performance review processes and the regular collection of OKRs/KPIs.
  • Identifying HiPos (High Potentials) and creating development plans.

4. Analytics and Employee Experience (EX) Improvement:

  • Analysis of eNPS results, 1:1 feedback sessions, and exit surveys; participation in developing improvement plans.
  • Identifying employee pain points and initiating and implementing changes to improve engagement.

5. Building trust and developing culture:

  • Participating in fostering a healthy work environment, resolving conflicts, and facilitating complex situations.
  • Serving as the team’s voice in dialogue with leadership and vice versa.

6. Supporting HR processes:

  • Collaborating with L&D, C&B, recruiting, and admin/ops functions.
  • Participating in the launch of new policies, surveys, and initiatives.
  • A plus: Proficiency in PeopleForce and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, analytics).

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist / People Partner in business-oriented teams.
  • Systematic thinking, proactivity, ability to identify pain points and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
  • Flexibility, independence, and openness to change.
  • Proficiency in PeopleForce and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, analytics) is a plus.

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule — Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Office-based work during the probationary period.
  • The office is located in Kyiv, near the Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station.
