Oleksandr Tymoshchuk is the founder and CEO of Strategic Investment Group, an entrepreneur, and a private investor. He started in IT consulting in 2018 and today leads a group of companies operating in fintech, technology, development, and investments. Under his management is a team of more than 180 people and tens of thousands of clients across Ukraine.

About Oleksandr Tymoshchuk

Oleksandr was born on August 16, 1997. He grew up in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, where he attended a school with an advanced curriculum in economics and law. Since 2015, he has lived and worked in Kyiv.

He pursued his education in parallel with his entrepreneurial activities:

  • Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv – Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law (2023–2024)
  • European University – Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Protection (2025)
  • Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) – President’s MBA (2026)

In 2018, he launched his entrepreneurial career in IT consulting, and in 2021, he expanded into legal practice, providing business advisory and consulting services. In 2022, he founded Cybridge Technologies – a company specializing in blockchain solutions and IT products, which became the technological foundation of the group. That same year, he joined the development of a fintech-focused company. The experience and expertise gained from that project later enabled him to launch and grow SIG Finance, a non-banking financial group that includes financial companies specializing in lending and financial leasing. In 2023, he founded Strategic Investment Group as a management company and investment hub. In 2024, he launched Era Development, a real estate company engaged in the construction of both residential and non-residential properties, with its first pilot project located in Kyiv Oblast.

Oleksandr Tymoshchuk is building not a portfolio of assets, but an operational ecosystem. The distinction is fundamental. Within the SIG ecosystem, each direction reinforces the others. For example, the technological infrastructure of Cybridge supports other areas of the portfolio – SIG Finance and Era Development – while the SI Group management platform reduces the cost of launching new projects by providing consulting and other supporting expertise. The group also applies the venture builder principle: capital is not invested passively; instead, every business is built from scratch. The priority sectors are finance, technological infrastructure, real estate, and digital services – markets with genuine demand in Ukraine and strong scaling potential.

  • Founded Strategic Investment Group in 2023 as a management company and investment hub
  • Established SIG Finance in 2025 – a non-banking financial group recognized by the National Bank of Ukraine, comprising “Ukrainian Payment Center,” “Investment Finance Group,” and “E-Leasing”
