Privacy Policy

The privacy of users of the website of STRATEGIC INVESTMENT GROUP LLC (hereinafter – the “Company”) is of great importance to the Company. The Company pays special attention to the protection of personal data and to ensuring trust in its relationship with users of the Website, and therefore sets forth the rules for processing such data in this Privacy Policy. 

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” the Law of Ukraine “On Information,” and other regulatory and legal acts of Ukraine governing personal data processing and ensuring an individual’s right to privacy. 

This Policy defines the procedure for the collection, receipt, accumulation, storage, use, transfer, protection, and destruction of personal data of individuals (hereinafter – “Personal Data”) processed by the Company during the use of the website (hereinafter – the “Website”) and users’ interaction with its functionality. 

1. DEFINITIONS 

1.1. Personal data – information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable natural person. 
1.2. Processing of personal data – any action or set of actions performed on personal data, including collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use, dissemination (transfer), anonymization, and destruction.

1.6. Third Party – any person to whom the Data Controller or Data Processor transfers personal data, other than the Data Subject, the Data Controller, and the Data Processor, except as provided by law. 
1.7. Consent of the Data Subject – a voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of will to permit the processing of personal data for a specified purpose. 
1.8. Cookies – small text files stored on the User’s device to identify the session, collect statistical information, and ensure the functioning of the Website. 

2. SCOPE OF THE POLICY 

2.1. This Policy applies to Users who visit the Website, submit contact information via feedback forms, or communicate with the Company through electronic communication channels. 

2.2. By using the Website, filling out forms, providing contact information, or otherwise interacting with the Company, the User voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy. 
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must refrain from using the Website and providing personal data.

The list depends on the information voluntarily provided by the User. 

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

3.1. The Company processes personal data for the following purposes: 
3.1.1. identifying the User when completing forms or contacting the Company; 
3.1.2. facilitating communication with the User, including messages sent via email, phone, instant messaging apps, or social media, within the scope of consent provided; 
3.1.3. processing the User’s inquiries, requests, and applications;

3.1.6. complying with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation;

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING

5.2.1. Feedback form data: up to 3 years or until consent is withdrawn. 
5.2.2. Technical logs: up to 12 months. 
5.3. The Company does not disclose personal data without the User’s consent, except as required by law or necessary for Website functioning. 
5.4. Personal data may be provided to government authorities as required by law. 
5.5. If the User violates legal requirements or Website terms, the Company may use available data to protect its rights. 
5.6. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their policies. 
5.7. Personal data is stored on secure servers ensuring adequate protection. 

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT 

6.1. The User has the rights defined by Ukrainian law, including to: 
6.1.1. know the sources of collection of personal data and the Company’s location; 
6.1.2. receive information about processing conditions and third parties receiving the data; 
6.1.3. access their personal data; 
6.1.4. request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; 
6.1.5. request deletion or destruction in cases defined by law; 
6.1.6. withdraw consent; 
6.1.7. object to personal data processing; 
6.1.8. file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court. 

6.2. Requests may be submitted to the Company’s email address specified in the Contact Information section. 

6.3. Requests are reviewed within the timeframes established by Ukrainian law. 

7. COOKIE POLICY 

7.1. The Company uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure Website functionality, analyze usage, and improve the user experience. 

7.2. The Company may use:

9.5. Upon receipt of the request, the Company shall cease processing and delete the data unless otherwise required by law. 

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS 

10.1. The Company may amend this Policy by publishing a new version on the Website. 
10.2. The new version becomes effective upon publication unless stated otherwise. 
10.3. Continued use of the Website constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated Policy. 
10.4. Invalid provisions do not affect the others. 
10.5. Matters not covered by this Policy are governed by Ukrainian law.
