Job Description:
We are actively growing and strengthening our HR team, so we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle HR administration: hiring, transfers, terminations, leave, sick leave, and changes to employment terms;
- Drafting and managing various forms of employment: employment contracts, civil law contracts, gig contracts;
- Maintaining and updating internal regulatory documents (Internal Labor Regulations, staffing table, policies, job descriptions, etc.);
- Tracking working hours and absences, creating and monitoring vacation schedules;
- Preparing HR documentation for audits and archiving documents;
- Maintaining military records and managing conscription (where applicable).
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in HR administration;
- Understanding of HR processes and Ukrainian labor law;
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, and responsibility when handling documents;
- Experience with Word, Excel, and online services (Pension Fund of Ukraine, State Tax Service);
- Experience with HR systems or HR software is a plus;
- Experience in system-level or large companies is a plus, but not required.
