We are looking for a Specialist in Overdue Debt Resolution. Build your career within our financial resolution team in a structured environment.

Job Description:

We are a neo-fintech / digital lending company that provides online loans through an automated technology platform. Our product allows customers to obtain a loan remotely in just a few clicks and within minutes.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating with debtors regarding the settlement of overdue debt;
• Informing customers about possible ways to repay the debt;
• Analyzing the debtor’s financial situation and proposing optimal solutions;
• Recording negotiation results in the CRM system;

Requirements:

• Experience in debt collection is a plus;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of the basics of financial and banking legislation;
• Responsibility, stress tolerance, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Basic computer skills.
