Vacancy: Call Center Operator (Customer Support / Soft Collection)*

We are a neo-fintech / digital lender company providing online loans through an automated technological platform. Our product allows clients to receive a loan in just a few clicks within minutes, fully remotely.

Location/remote: as agreed with the manager
Employment type: Full-time
Level: Middle
Compensation range: based on interview results

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and handling incoming inquiries (calls/chats);
2. Providing consultations to current and potential clients regarding loan conditions;
3. Assisting with the registration process;
4. Helping clients resolve problem cases;
5. Advising on payment schedules, repayment methods, etc.;
6. Recording communication results in the internal CRM system.
